LIVE Pilates & ELDOA Group Virtual Class
Gain strength, flexibility and better posture
This 45 minute class combines exercises from the Pilates and ELDOA methods, as well as myofascial stretching for a well-balanced workout that will leave you feeling taller and ready for the day.
- Osteoarticular warm-up to mobilize the joints and create awareness of the body.
- Proprioception exercises to prepare the ligaments and joints to work out.
- Pilates exercises to promote core strength, stamina and help balance out the body.
- Strengthening exercises to target specific areas such as the upper/lower body.
- Myofascial stretches to target the fascia around specific muscles and joints, providing nourishment to the focussed area.
- ELDOAs to reduce pressure on the spinal discs & increase disc hydration, improve posture and strengthen the body overall.
Class takes place on Zoom.

The 45 minute class is hosted LIVE.
Optional 15 minute group Q&A immediately following class.

Whether you are an athlete, avid golfer, tennis player, pregnant or want to get fit, a workout program will be tailored for you, utilizing the Pilates and ELDOA methods.
Ongoing assessments will take place to measure progress so that adjustments can be made as necessary.
