Hi, I’m Dana

Former Dancer, turned Pilates Instructor and ELDOA Trainer

 

I struggled with severe back and neck issues that ultimately led me to spine surgery.

In a matter of weeks after including ELDOA in my Pilates program I became pain free.

In addition, I’m now stronger, more flexible, and able to maintain my posture so that I can feel my best everyday.

Now I’m on a mission to help others change their bodies in order to improve the quality of their lives.

Fatigue and weakness are debilitating, making simple daily tasks feel challenging to accomplish – like making your bed or carrying your child.

 

Chronic pain can limit your mobility and reduce your strength, flexibility and stamina. The impact it can have on your life may lead to deteriorating mental health, contributing to depression, anxiety and anger.

Spending time seeing doctors, taking medications and doing several rounds of physical therapy without seeing sustainable results becomes exhausting and depleting.

I understand chronic pain, overall body fatigue and weakness and the process of getting out of it, because I’ve been there.
